That’s why we operate multiple tests to ensure that every drop of our olive oil is truly extra virgin.
Our quality control process begins with careful selection of the finest olives, grown in the fertile soil of Libya. Once the olives are harvested, they are immediately transported to our state-of-the-art facilities, where they are carefully washed and pressed. We use advanced technology to monitor every step of the process, ensuring that the oil is produced at the optimal temperature and with minimal exposure to oxygen. This helps to preserve the delicate flavor and nutritional value of the oil.
But our commitment to quality doesn’t end there. We also operate multiple tests to ensure that our olive oil meets the highest standards for purity and flavor. These tests include chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and other specialized tests to detect any contaminants or defects that could compromise the quality of the oil. Only when our olive oil has passed all of these tests and is certified as extra virgin do we consider it ready for export.
